• Provided project management to advise, delegate, budget, purchase and then finally configure lab machines and their setup.
• Provided first and second level technical support to faculty, staff and students via telephone, email and in-person visits.
• Wrote several easy-to-understand, graphics-rich how-to manuals on complex software and hardware, including video digitization, Web design, database management and streaming media, for use by professors and students. Provided hands-on, in-person tutorials on similar topics for the same audience.
